Warszawy w Warszawie, XIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego. Share capital: PLN 15,000. Contact: admin@exiriagames.com. 2. Information service

Viewing the website is free. It provides no account registration, mailing list, purchases or paid services. Reading the site does not grant access to Exiria tests or enter you into a testing agreement. Exiria has its own terms, and participation requires a direct invitation and acceptance of the relevant documents. The studio’s temporary visual presentation may change.

3. Technical requirements and use

You need an internet connection and a current browser supporting HTML and CSS. No JavaScript is required. You can stop using the information service by closing the page. Do not interfere with availability, attempt unauthorised access or send unlawful material in correspondence. You may save and print public information for reference; other use of protected content requires a legal basis or permission.

4. Contact, complaints and rights

Questions and complaints may be sent to admin@exiriagames.com. Describe the issue and provide a reply address, without passwords or sensitive account credentials. We reply to consumer complaints within 14 calendar days on a durable medium, normally email, where this period is required by applicable law. Data-rights requests follow the time limits in the privacy policy.

We correct identified errors and may update information as the project develops. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No statement on this informational website is a promise of a beta date or an offer to sell game access.

5. Changes, law and privacy

We may update these conditions to reflect legal changes or the functions of the information service, identifying the version and effective date. Updates do not retrospectively change rights arising earlier. Polish law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections of the country of habitual residence; jurisdiction follows applicable law. No exclusive court or arbitration is imposed on consumers. English and Polish versions communicate the same conditions. See the privacy policy for website traffic and correspondence.
